Thanks to Southern Boating Magazine for writing about ClickToBoat.Com's Mobile Service specifically designed to be viewed by thousands of types of handhelds , phones , smartphones in their "Gear Preview" section on page 72.
To access mobile site (service) on your phone ; just type in www.clicktoboat.com as you would do on your desktop browser and the site automatically detects that you are accessing it from a mobile device and shows you the site designed specifically to work with your phone.
The writeup looked like this ..

PS - You could download NOAA charts too to your phone if your phone has memory card and supports Addobe pdf's.
